Support hours may be applied to any possible support or development charges.

All support is perpetual until cancelled.

Updates are invoiced annually on the 1st of February.

Unused updates expire after 12 months.

When the balance drops below 2 hours, an additional 10 hours of support are charged.

As hours are consumed, a report is issued detailing their usage.

Support hours are available in blocks of 10 hours.

Hours are prepurchased.

Our software comes with a 30 Day Warranty Period.

If reported within 30 days, faulty software will be fixed free of charge.
