In late March, Shane Poletti has stepped down from his role as our Customer Liaison Officer to pursue other business ventures. Shane was a friendly face and a caring person to have in the office. Each day he set out to make someone’s day better. He was responsible for looking after our customers, helping to ensure their needs were met and questions answered. He worked with Karen to create some of our marketing materials, and helped establish our social media channels here and over on LinkedIn.

Thinking back to late last year, Shane was the man behind the camera for all of our “Your Omnis” videos. Enthusiastically asking questions, Shane was excited to know more about what Omnis meant to everyone in the office. Shane believed in the work that Paul and Caroline are striving toward as the company directors, and was eager to help grow the business.
