0011112: Create subwindow for Dangerous Goods

As part of Logical Developments continuous improvement policy, refactored the code that handles Dangerous Goods information on the Consignment, Pickup and Quotation window. Now all handled by one internal component.

0011128: Email Manifest cannot proceed - requires BCC but cannot enter

Fix problem with the Email Manifest function where it would say that you cannot proceed because you need to specify a BCC address, but there was no option to enter one.

0011130: Pickup Summary - convert to report scheduler

The Pickup Summary report has been converted to use the new Report Scheduler printing system. This means that the report is now able to be scheduled on a periodic basis, if the Report Scheduler has been installed. As a result, the user interface has changed slightly - all print/email/export options are handled under the one menu item now.

0011139: Adjust Consignment layout

The default printed consignment layout has been adjusted to allow for up to 5 lines of instructions before spilling over to the next page, which previously would happen if you entered demurrage information on the consignment.

0011146: Wrong pickup location when converting

Fix problem where if a Pickup was converted from a quotation, then the pickup location option was not set to use the default.
