0011238: DIFOT reporting

Added Date Received field to consignments, which can be entered after a consignment has been successfully delivered.

Also added this field to the Consignment Summary and Consignment Totals report, so that 'Delivered In Full, On Time' reports can be created for customers.

0011198: Disable Price Lists functionality

Fixed problem where 'Duplicate Quotation' actually executed the Duplicate Consignment function.
