0011268: Min Charge includes Fuel Levy.

Added a new option to price lists 'Minimum charge includes fuel levy'.  If checked, then it includes the fuel levy before calculating the minimum consignment charge.

0011277: Open Datafile prompt when opening consignments window.

Fixed problem where if you went to the consignment or quotations window, then a dialog box would be displayed prompting for a datafile.

0011278: Price List Cubic Totals option.

Currently there is a global setting for Cubic Totals by line, meaning that it uses the highest of cubic weight/deadweight per line item, or overall. There is now a new option make this per price list override e.g. Calculate Cubic Totals overall for consignments using a particular price list.
