In the Customer Portal, added the new feature to be able to email the customer the Quotation/Consignment/Pickup to the customer.  Using the existing email template scheme in the LD Modular system, the system administrator can now select a template for each type of document, and when the user is emailed a copy of the quotation/consignment/pickup, the email body is built from the nominated template.

With the new version of the Price List system, there is a new format for the printed layout.

0012035: Multiple suburbs linked to destinations
Added new feature, where portal and desktop systems to allow for the two scenarios: one suburb can be linked to more than one destination, and one destination can be linked to more than one suburb.  This allows for a hierarchy of destinations against suburbs so that if specific clients have different rates based on suburbs, they can be accommodated.  The Set Destinations Against Suburbs window has been updated to allow this change.

0012040: Portal Stage 2
This is the major update release to the Customer Portal.  In this release are three changes:

• Email quotes/connotes/POD's are able to be emailed to multiple recipients
• Multiple suburbs are linked to destinations
• Add message on quote screen that if customers rate card isnt used, add msg to advise a general rate has been used instead.

0012071: Price List 2 validation message, pickup and delivery charges
When using From/To destinations, the new price list window is used.  In this window there are a number of validation messages that are somewhat confusing.  These have been rewritten to make them clearer to the user as to what error/warning condition has occurred.

Fixed problem where under certain conditions, the customer that was being charged changed from the consignment to the invoice.

Fixed problem where you could edit the Forklift Pickup/Delivery checkboxes after manifesting - once a consignment has been manifested you can only change these fields using the "Edit Financials" function.

0012096: Dangerous Goods charge not being set
Fixed problem where if you create a consignment with no DG, then manifest it, then edit the consignment and add a DG code, the Dangerous Goods charge is not added to the consignment.

0012097: Create price list from spreadsheet
You can now create a price list from a spreadsheet. This is accessed from the Price List Menu > import from spreadsheet. When selected it will display an import window. When you click Add, and it asks you for the CSV file to import, look at the column headings to determine what is in the column. It will look for these headings:

• From
• To
• Cons Min
• Basic Fee
• Rate Name
• Cubic
• GL Code
• Any heading that contains $/kg, and then it will look for it in the format nnn-nnn as the from/to weight breakpoints.

The sheet will have some data validation:

• Must have at the very least From, To, Rate Name and at least one weight rate
• All entries with the same From must have the same weight breakpoints.
• There cannot be duplicate entries with the same From/To/Rate Name

0012105: Optimise Price List window
Improved performance of wPriceList2. The window now loads faster.

0012114: Ready At Wrong Timezone
Fixed problem where if you enter a ready at date and time then save, and then go to dashboard and open the pickup from the existing pickups page, the scheduled date then shows the wrong time.

0012115: Fail to correctly convert Quote to Pickup
Fixed problem on the Customer Portal where it would fail to convert a Quote to a Pickup.  It now follows the same business rules as ConNote desktop.

0012118: Rate Specific Charges (Consignment minimum & basic)
The ConNote system as it currently stands supports price list specific and destination specific consignment minimum and basic charges. If specified, the destination charges take priority over the price list charges.  With this change, depot-specific charges are moved to rate-specific charges.  This allows for a much finer-grained control over pricing.

0012119: No Forklift Charges in Quotation Report
Added new Forklift Pickup/Delivery charges to the printed Quotation report.

0012129: Load Destinations from NT
Even though the ConNote system has postcodes for all of Australia, only one state is included in the search criteria on the Customer Portal.  Now added the ability to include multiple states in the search criteria.

The Customer Portal uses the Report Scheduler to generate PDFs for quotations and pickups, since these are not time-critical to the workflow, they can be offloaded to secondary processes.  The Report Scheduler now has the ability to send an email based on a template.
