0011096: Regional Collections for Pickups.

Added option to Pickup Entry and Pickup Status window, so that pickups that are handled by other Depots can now be identified.

In File > Preferences > ConNote, Pickups tab.

It is now possible to define locations that are related to pickups e.g., Metro, Regional. These locations can be applied to the Pickup Entry and filtered on the Pickup Status window.
