11480: STP II Disaggregation of Gross and Rounding
The Disaggregate of Gross was potentially 'out of balance', due to rounding of some of the elements.  
This has been corrected.

11840: ECT Testing and ATO Feedback
With STP II, the BMI has changed.  A migration routine will record the Old BMI.

Note: LD_Payroll users with v2.04 - need to:
- restart LD_Payroll to ensure the migration has run
- resubmit the 1st STP II Submission, so that it will correctly register with the ATO.

11842: Calculation of Bonus PAYG
PAYG was inflated where pay period was longer than a week and a bonus was paid.
This has been corrected.
