Had a challenge in reporting the new BMS ID to the ATO as part of the STIP II first submissions.

11907: Reconciling PAYG & Super to External Accounting System
LD-Payroll user requested help reconciling their PAYG and Super to what was being presented in the accounting system that is external to LD-Payroll.
They had actually uncovered a loophole in the Pay Totals Report.
With STP II, PAYG earned as part of a termination payment needs to be kept separate (previously it was added to PAYG from normal pay.)
The Pay totals report was now ignoring it.
